ISA67.14, Qualification and Certification of Instrument and Control Technicians in Nuclear Power Plants

Scope

Identify the criteria for certification of instrumentation and control technicians in nuclear facilities. These criteria shall address qualifications based on education, experience, training, and job performance.

Purpose

To provide nuclear facilities with bases for certifying the qualifications of instrumentation and control technicians. To prepare guidelines and otherwise extend the knowledge in this area.

The current standard under ISA67.14 is ISA-67.14.01-2000, Qualifications and Certification of Instrumentation and Control Technicians in Nuclear Facilities.
