Message from the President
The Italy Section was chartered in 1975 and during the intervening years has been informing, educating and promoting measurement and control professionals — the primary goals of ISA. The Section helped establish two Student Sections. One in Catania and the second in Genova, and supported ISA activity in St.Petersburg, Russia, for a number of years. Other Student Sections are in development.
Every year the Italy Section organizes some interesting Workshops, technical Trainings, Visits to industrial Plants without forgetting archaeological, cultural or gastronomic spots and landscapes situated in the neighborhood. Many opportunities are offered for professional development and career enhancement, but most important is to meet other members and exchange communications and news about technical topics, standards or regulations, plus economic and business items.
Meetings are always an occasion to meet people thinking on the same wavelength. Our leaders are ready to speak with you whenever you want and to meet you at one of our events, giving you information about Italy Section activity. Contact one of the leaders listed below for more information about current activity.
