Single board computer
The V7812 dual slot single board computer (SBC) responds to customer needs for significantly increased on-board bandwidth and advanced graphics capabilities in 6U VMEbus environments. The SBC utilizes the latest Intel chipset delivering the unmatched performance and flexibility customers demand. The V7812 provides an ideal computing platform for demanding commercial, industrial and military applications that require the quad-core processing performance of the Intel Xeon processor and the advanced capabilities of the ATI Radeon M72 graphics module. Such applications would typically include data encryption, flight simulation control, and video compression. The V7812 offers either an Intel Dual- or Quad-Core LV Xeon processor with 4 Mbytes of L2 cache to deliver outstanding performance. Superior graphics capability is provided via the inclusion of the ATI Radeon M72 graphics module, which takes advantage of the latest 65nm fabrication process to deliver high performance with low power consumption.

Magnet bases for accelerometers
Two new magnet bases for accelerometers, models B12 and B13, have a narrow diameter for easy handling in the field and high pull strength for reliable vibration data measurements. Model B12 is a two-pole magnet base with a 7/8 inch (22mm) diameter and 20 pounds of force, suitable for accelerometers such as Wilcoxon models 786A and 780A. Model B13 is a two-pole magnet base with a 1 inch (25mm) diameter and 35 pounds of force, suitable for accelerometers such as Wilcoxon models 793 and 787A. Both bases were designed with portable vibration monitoring in mind. The two-pole magnet can be used on both flat and curved surfaces. The bases have a narrow diameter for easy handling in the field and a knurled edge for a better grip than smooth a surface.

The MXBOC Viscosity Sensor
A tank mounted viscosity sensor for both water- and solvent-based applications such as printing, glues, and adhesives operates at atmospheric pressure and has removable wetted parts. The MXBOC Viscosity Sensor is suitable for water- and solvent-based applications with tanks between 7” and 26” deep and operates at atmospheric pressure. Featuring a one-bolt mounting mechanism, the all stainless steel wetted parts can be easily removed for cleaning and sterilization without having to disturb the air or electrical connections. Ideal for applications requiring frequent color- or coating changes, the MXBOC uses the proven “piston time-of-fall” method to measure viscosities from 0.1 to 100,000 CPS and is CE and ATEX compliant. It requires 40 psi dry air and a 3-way 24 vdc air valve, and is PLC compatible for use with the firm’s process controllers.
Liquid carbon dioxide pump
The completely self-contained SFT-10 Liquid Carbon Dioxide Pump can pressurize carbon dioxide up to 10,000 psi (69 MPa) at flow rates from 0.01 to 24.0 ml/min. These characteristics make the SFT-10 an ideal pump for use in supercritical fluid extraction and a variety of other high pressure applications, including supercritical fluid reaction chemistry and chromatography. The SFT-10 utilizes reliable, dual sapphire syringe pump technology to achieve high pressures rapidly. The Peltier chiller has superior cooling capability. It maintains the temperature at the pump heads low enough to ensure the carbon dioxide remains liquid.

Industrial media converters
The newest models in the Optolinx line of industrial media converters are available. The new single mode and multi-mode media converters are 45% thinner than the previous models. The design of the IMC-100A builds upon the company’s commitment to provide industrial media converters with the best price performance ratio. The company has maintained a metal housing with an IP 30 rating.
