The Process Gauge is a rugged gauge designed to withstand pulsation, vibration, and corrosive environments. It is a very accurate gauge at .5% full scale accuracy. It is widely used in the oil, gas, and petrochemical industries. It is liquid fillable; glycerin is standard with other fills available. The standard bourdon tube and socket are made with 316 stainless steel; monel is optional. Standard features include: 4.5” dial, ¼” NPT or ½” NPT, bottom connection or direct wall mount, and a variety of pressure ranges.
Mounting and wiring accessories
The SNAP TEX family of mounting and wiring accessories includes a wide variety of terminal extender cables, breakout boards, wiring harnesses, DIN-rail kits, jumper straps, rack adapters, and other components for mounting and wiring Opto 22 automation, control, and I/O systems. SNAP TEX cables are six feet (1.8 m) long jacketed, pre-wired cables that provide neat, bundled connections from analog and digital I/O modules to field devices, terminal strips, and breakout boards. SNAP TEX cables snap neatly into the tops of SNAP I/O modules and terminate with color-coded flying leads, pre-stripped and tipped, ready for wiring. The SNAP-TEX-32 is a simple 32-channel breakout board with straight-through connections, designed primarily for use with the aforementioned SNAP TEX cables and SNAP analog or digital I/O modules.
The ATEX and IECEx certified MC2-IS Intrinsically Safe Multifunction Calibrator is a practical tool designed for field calibration and testing in explosive environments. It has calibration capabilities for pressure, temperature, and electrical signals, and it connects to almost 20 available Beamex intrinsically safe external pressure modules. The MC2-IS is a compact-sized, lightweight portable calibrator with a large graphical display, multilingual interface and a complete numerical keyboard. Calibration with the MC2-IS is fast and simple. The existing MC5-IS is an all-in-one documenting calibrator offering superior functionality and performance compared to any other intrinsically safe calibrator.
Ultrasonic level transmitter/switch
The KSONIK MICRO is a compact, low cost, ultrasonic level transmitter/switch designed for liquid and bulk solids level applications. The KSONIK MICRO features Variable GAP technology that allows the instrument to work even in the presence of dust, vapor, or foam. The KSONIK MICRO features an electronic filter that removes ambient noise. Integrated KSCOPE display provides detailed data and trends, including echo profiles. Adjustable threshold means level measurements can be made even with H-beams present in a silo. The KSONIK MICRO measures liquid levels to 32.8 feet (10 meters) and bulk solids to 16 feet (5 meters).
The new family of human-machine interface (HMI) solutions offers users a quality interface with the right amount of control at an affordable price. The new Allen-Bradley PanelView Component operator interface, created for preferred integration with the Allen Bradley MicroLogix controller, provides on-terminal software, built-in mounting clamps, and simplified file-transferring capabilities. The unique design of the PanelView Component operator interface makes installing, learning, operating, and maintaining processes quicker and easier. The simplified screen interface displays the operating status clearly, making it easier to design applications.
