The “Gecko” Flow Transfer Standard utilizes the EZ-LINK portable interface box and EZ-CAL menu-driven software for inline comparison calibrations with the unit under test. It is designed for both liquid and gas applications. The system consists of software and a USB interface box, which allows the user to interface with a computer of their choice. Gecko’s EZ-CAL software receives inputs from the master flowmeter, temperature sensor, and pressure sensor (gas systems) for calculating both volumetric and mass flow units.

The company’s line of low-profile switching power supplies has been expanded to include smaller models (WL7 SERIES) with 450 watt outputs. All models have constant voltage/constant current crossover. Models with wide output voltage ranges can be adjusted down to 0 volts, and both voltage and current can be programmed with 0-10V control voltage inputs. Voltage and current monitor outputs and an inhibit terminal are included on the pluggable connectors that enable easy wiring of the control and input leads. Provisions for N+1 redundancy and paralleling for higher current are optional.
The CERAMOS Reflector LED provides high brightness and power in a small package, the ideal solution for backlighting mid-size (5”-20”) LCDs. Specifically designed for light guide-based backlighting of displays in high ambient light conditions, such as those found in today’s TFT displays, automotive dashboards and aircraft cockpits, the slim profile of the CERAMOS Reflector LED is suited for in-coupling into light guides as thin as 2 mm. This feature also makes the LED ideal for edge lighting for LCD TVs and monitors. The LED is powered by ThinGaN LED technology, which enables it to operate at a high level of optical efficiency – 70 lumens per watt at 80mA.

The Mini-ITX motherboard utilizes the Intel Q35 Express chipset and ICH9 I/O controller hub. The BL100-N Mini-ITX board addresses the key requirements of embedded computing designs - cost, revision-stability and long-term availability. The LGA 775 socket accepts lower-cost desktop processors, including Intel Celeron 400 series processors, Intel Core2 Duo Intel processors, Core2 Quad processors, and 45nm technology processors. The chipset on The BL100-N incorporates an updated Graphics Memory Controller Hub, providing higher-performance at lower-power. Using a standard 240-pin DDR2 DIMM socket, the BL-100-N supports cost-effective 667MHz or 800MHz DDR2 SDRAM modules with a maximum of 2GB capacity.
Rail-mountable control transformers
The CPT series of control panel transformers is designed for high inrush applications that require reliable output voltage stability. The transformers maximize inrush capability and output voltage regulation when electromagnetic devices are initially energized. The CPTs feature a unique DIN rail-mount foot, or they can be panel-mounted. They have touch-safe COMBICON connectors with dual secondary connection points. All CPT devices accept single-phase input voltages of 220, 230, 240, 440, 460 and 480 V AC. They provide output voltages of 120, 115, or 110 V AC with VA ratings of 50, 100, 150, 250 or 500 VA.
New software solutions are designed to enable customers to better address critical issues in manufacturing operations. The enhanced solutions include Wonderware Operations Software 3.4 and Wonderware Performance Software 3.4. The applications offer enhanced integration with System Platform and InTouch HMI software, which provide a common and strategic industrial application services platform on top of virtually any existing system. The applications are built on the industry-standards based ArchestrA real-time service-oriented architecture technology. This integration provides a comprehensive MES, EMI, HMI, and SCADA solution using a single, unified software platform.
Pancake load cells
The company offers a fatigue rated version of Pancake Load Cells LCF700 in 2.0 mV/V output: LCF701 Fatigue Rated Pancake Load Cell. It can also provide this model with a tension base. These load cells are primarily used in inline applications on actuators or threaded assembles. The Pancake Load Cells are built for a long fatigue cycles. Capacity options will be limited to 200,000 lbs utilizing a stainless steel structure making them more suitable for harsh environments. Options for amplified version and threading for both Standard and Metric are also available.
