DTSX200 Distributed Temperature SensorThe DTSX200 Distributed Temperature Sensor (DTS) is used to monitor temperature and flow in Oil/Gas Upstream unconventional and conventional in-well applications, LNG and Refinery Tank and Pipeline leak detection, Fire Detection, and other thermal monitoring applications. The DTSX200 is for control applications that uses optical measurement technologies. This product can be used at extreme temperature environments like the desert and arctic locations, and in on-shore and offshore applications. The DTSX200 helps improve production efficiency by working together with production control systems. Unlike all other distributed temperature sensors on the market, this product is optimized to work smoothly with the production control systems that oil and gas developers use in their operations. With the ability to have stable operation in temperatures ranging from –40°C to +65°C, the DTSX200 is ideal for use in harsh environments. Moreover, it has low power consumption of 16 watts or less. The DTSX200 is just one quarter the size of the AQ8920, making it the smallest such product available today.
