Endura Series pH/ORP transmitters
Jun 23, 2010
Endura Series pH/ORP transmittersThe Endura line of analytical transmitters use a common component platform, which means the buttons, menus, and display icons in these products are similar to the familiar design of current flow, pressure, or temperature instrumentation the company offers.
The Endura transmitters are easy to configure with no handheld devices or magnets needed to program them. All programming can be accomplished by pushbutton through a glass window. It is a 2 wire, 24 VDC explosion-proof (Exd) transmitter using capacitive touch technology, and it can be programmed without removing the cover, which avoids any exposure of the internal circuit boards to moisture.
The Endura APA592 pH/Redox (ORP) transmitters are HART-enabled as standard, to provide complete access to all transmitter parameters from the control room. Supported platforms include Device Type Manager (DTM) and Electronic Device Description (EDD). The APA592 pH/Redox (ORP) transmitter has automatic buffer recognition to speed up calibration. The user does not need to program in the buffer values each time the sensor is calibrated. The transmitter can automatically recognize PT100, PT1000, and 3K Balco Temperature sensors in two-wire and three-wire designs.
