Subminiature Snap-Acting Switch LineThe ZMS Series subminiature snap-acting switch line now includes right-angle mount configurations. The switches feature a mounting hole with a locating stud, along with potted wire leads in straight and right angle configurations to meet IP67 sealing specifications. The addition of the new mounting hole in the switch case gives design engineers the flexibility to mount a PC board via the switch to a panel or external plate, while the locating stud provides further right-angle PC board mounting support. With a positive and reliable snap-acting mechanism, the ZMS Series switches feature a long mechanical life span of more than 100,000 cycles. Wire lead versions meet IP67 specifications, while PC board soldering terminations meet dust and splash-proof requirements. Contact rating is up to 3A at 125VAC. The RoHS-compliant switches feature an operating temperature range from -40°C to +85°C. Typical pricing for the ZMS Series subminiature snap-acting switches ranges from $0.75 to $0.95 each in quantities of 10,000 pieces. Lead time is from 6 to 8 weeks.
