The DT-LAN-CAT.6 surge protection device (SPD) protects Cat 6 high-speed data networks. The product is suitable for a variety of protocols including Ethernet, Power over Ethernet (PoE), ISDN and Token Ring. The DT-LAN-CAT.6 can manage up to 10 Gbps, making it ideal for protecting electronic data processing (EDP) or telecommunications devices. The multi-functional arrester protects eight signal paths, which are connected through the RJ 45 connector. The SPD’s sturdy metal housing can withstand tough industrial conditions. The device can stand alone or be mounted on the DIN rail. It operates across a wide temperature range (-40 C to 85 C).
