Division Secretary/Treasurer
1. Duties and Responsibilities - The Division Secretary/Treasurer's role is to assist in the administration of the division.
The Division Secretary Treasurer's primary duties consist of:

Serving on the division executive committee and serving as secretary to all division meetings

Assisting the director in the administration of the division

Aiding the director in the preparation of the annual division budget
-
Serving as director in the latters absence, or if the position becomes vacant, it shall be filled by the director-elect for the unexpired portion
-
Carrying out special projects or studies as requested by the director
-
Assisting in the development and coordination of a division long range plan.
2. Position Parameters - The following list is the basic parameters for the position of Division Secretary/Treasurer:

Term of Office - 1 year, eligible for reappointment

Resources Available - ISA Manual of Organization & Procedure, Division Financial Management Guide, Division Executive Committee, and ISA staff.

Time Commitment - 3-5 hours each quarter

Meeting Obligations - Division Executive Committee Meetings, Division Meetings

Qualifications - Division member in good standing, well organized, pays attention to detail, and a good communicator

Method of Appointment - Appointed by the division director
