ATTENTION MEMBERSHIP CHAIRS
Now that you can access your Division rosters online here are some tips to help maximize their effectiveness. The most important aspect of your roster is the listing of new Division members. You should use this listing to contact your new Division members and welcome them to the Division. You can also locate your Division members who are Active Grace, which means their membership will be lapsing within three months of their paid through date. Contact these members! Try to get them to renew! Remind them of the benefits of being an ISA Division Member! Finally, these rosters will give you an accurate picture of your Division Members, whether you are trying to locate a particular member or if you need to know when that member joined your Division, your downloadable roster is the place for that information.

Please remember you must be logged in as a member to www.isa.org so the system can recognize you. Your Division roster is updated monthly and each run is dated. The coded Division Director, Director-elect, Membership Chair, Department Vice President, and Vice President-elect can download the roster information. The coded leaders for this privilege will find the information at the bottom of the page under Members and Leaders > Leader Resources > Division > Admin Forms. If you have any questions regarding the downloading process please contact Kelly Bishop.

DIVISION OFFICERS FOR 2003
The time is here to elect your Division's officers for the next year, so as soon as your elections are done, please complete the Division Leader Report Form that appears on the ISANetwork and fax it back to ISA (919) 549-8288, attention Kelly Bishop. You may also e-mail the file to Kelly Bishop. All we need is the person's name, their member number, and the position to which they have been elected. Any other information is always helpful. With this information, ISA Staff will be able to serve your Division better by providing correct contact information on your Division's ISA OnLine Web page and recognizing your leaders. The deadline is 15 October!

SHOW YOUR SUPPORT AT ISA 2002
We're asking all ISA Division Leaders to wear ribbons again during ISA 2002 that say "Ask me about ISA Division membership." As you meet people during your stay in Chicago, you can invite them to ask questions about Division Membership and to see what ISA is all about. Where do you get these ribbons? ISA Headquarters Staff will mail all Division Directors a supply for themselves and their Board Members, who are attending the show. Your participation and enthusiasm can really make a difference!

DIVISION LUNCHEONS AT ISA 2002
Please keep in mind the various Division Luncheons that are taking place in Chicago at ISA 2002. On Monday, 21 October, there will be a Joint A&T/I&S Department Awards Luncheon at 11:30 a.m. If you have not yet reserved a table for your Division, please contact Kelly Bishop at kbishop@isa.org. The following Division Luncheons will take place on Tuesday, 22 October at 11:30 a.m. -- Analysis, Process Measurement and Control, Management, Food and Pharmaceutical Industries, Pulp and Paper Industries, and Safety. Water and Wastewaster Industries will host their luncheon on Wednesday, 23 October, at 11:30 a.m.
