ISA PRESIDENT'S SUMMER MEETING
Plan now to attend the ISA 2002 President's Summer Meeting, 8-12 June 2002, Research Triangle Park, N.C. Complete information, including details about registration and housing, may be found online.
Please make note of the scheduled Division meetings—many of the usual time/date slots have been changed to accommodate our very productive Division leaders. If you have any questions about the schedule, please contact Kelly Bishop.
All Division leaders, especially Division Webmasters, are invited to attend a special session at ISA headquarters on Monday, 10 June 2002. The session, ISA Network - Division Web Site Training, begins at 9:30 a.m. and will focus on training Division Webmasters on the new ISA Network. Transportation will be provided to and from ISA Headquarters.
DIVISION ANNUAL REPORTS
This is a final reminder to submit your 2001-2002 Division Annual Reports to your respective Department Honors & Awards Committee by 15 May 2002. A pdf of the form is available for your use.
In addition to submitting the annual report to your appropriate H&A Committee, please forward a copy to Kelly Bishop, ISA Divisions Coordinator. Written Annual Reports received at the 2002 President's Summer Meeting will not be considered for the Outstanding Division Award. They will, however, be considered for the Most Improved Division Award. If you have any comments or questions, please contact your respective Department Vice President.
SUMMER NEWSLETTERS
As you are aware, we established a deadline date of 15 June 2002 for submitting content to headquarters for all summer newsletters. Production will begin immediately following that deadline. Here is additional information that is available on your Division Leaders' Resource page on ISA Online. You must be logged in as a member to access these pages.

Webmaster and Newsletter Editor Resources
If you do not get the content to ISA by 15 June 2002, it will be very difficult to produce and mail the newsletters in time for ISA 2002. The earlier content is submitted, the better. This is your chance to reach out to your Division members! If you have any questions or comments, please feel free to contact either your Department Vice President or Kelly Bishop.

TIME TO SUBMIT YOUR DIVISION BUDGETS AND BUSINESS PLANS
Your 2002 Budgets and Business Plans are due to headquarters by 31 May 2002. This is your chance to plan for your Division activities for the upcoming year. Kelly Bishop sent information to all directors, elects, and facilitators prior to the President's Winter Meeting. If you need assistance, please contact Kelly Bishop.
2002 INTERNATIONAL STUDENT GAMES
ISA Divisions have always supported Student activities, and many Division leaders volunteer their time at the All-Star Bowl. In this, the 10th year of the Games, Divisions have a unique opportunity to have a Bowl team named for the Division. Sponsoring a team ($600) will put a shirt on each team member advertising your sponsorship. Review the details and participate in this great event!
