LAPSED DIVISION MEMBER REPORT: A VALUABLE TRACKING TOOL Each month, ISA distributes via e-mail a list of members who have let their memberships lapse in their respective Divisions. This report is sent to every Division Membership Chair or Division Director, and is an extremely valuable tool. Not only does it allow you to keep up with the members of your Division, but it also gives you an avenue to encourage renewal and Division growth. Contact the members whose memberships have lapsed, either by e-mail or a simple phone call, and encourage them to renew. It's a great opportunity to reinforce the value of a Division membership! If you are not receiving this report each month, please contact Pawel Biesaga at 919-990-9256 or pbiesaga@isa.org. YOUR FEEDBACK IS NEEDED So that the Brief might be of maximum usefulness, please let us know of any suggestions you have for content, delivery format, or any other improvements you would like to see.
