Contributing to ISA TransactionsI invite you to consider publishing in ISA Transactions: The Journal of Automation, ISA's bi-monthly journal on the science and engineering of measurement and automation. Readers are engineering and science professionals, in both industry and academe, who are working on advances in measurement (sensors, instruments, signal processing, data management, data analysis, etc.) and automation (control, scheduling, process management, optimization, etc.). Journal manuscripts reflect the application and practice perspective of ISA members; and, additionally, the journal emphasizes the fundamental scientific and engineering analysis of those industrially-relevant technologies. ISA Transactions is an archival, refereed journal, upholding the highest standards of professional quality. Each manuscript will have reviewers from both the industrial and academic communities. Accordingly, publication in ISA Transactions will establish the credibility and stature of your work. Papers must have the application and practice focus that is characteristic of ISA. In addition, they must also present the analysis of the fundamental science and engineering concepts behind the work. Papers may be of a tutorial nature; but, most will present either new techniques for technology analysis and design, or application. - Dr. Ahmad B. Rad, Editor-in-Chief
