The Process Automation & Control Exchange will include exhibits, education and information on automation for both process and discrete applications. Covering the gamut from HMI and monitoring displays on the control panel to the valves and actuators in the field, this Exchange includes all essential elements of process automation with innovative ideas that contribute to increased productivity, heightened safety and more efficient manufacturing. Topics will include Process Automation Control (PAC), Distributed Control Systems (DCS), Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs) measurement and control loops, model and predictive control, Six Sigma, lean manufacturing, batch applications, networking, instrumentation, sensors, transducers and remote monitoring, and the four basic parameters of temperature, level, pressure and flow. Regulatory control, standards and predictive and preventive maintenance are also key factors to be addressed.
