Press Conference

A press conference room will be available at Reliant Center in Room 101A. ISA encourages exhibitors to hold press conferences for significant announcements only.

Press conferences are scheduled from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. and 1:00 p.m to 4:30 p.m. on Tuesday, 14 October, 10:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. on Wednesday, 15 October, and 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. on Thursday, 16 October. Time slots are reserved on a first-come, first-serve basis. Please note that the press conferences are limited to 30 minutes, including set-up and breakdown of any contracted services. Catering can be arranged for your press conference by contacting ARAMARK, the official caterer for Reliant Center, directly at (832) 667-2420.

Standard press theater equipment includes:

• LCD projector
• VCR
• Large screen
• Head table with microphones
• Classroom style seating
• Podium with microphone

How to Schedule a Press Conference at ISA EXPO 2008

To schedule a press conference, you may download the press conference scheduling form in PDF format and fax it to (919) 990-9434 or email Madeleine Mansson. If you email your request, please be sure to include:

• company name
• contact person
• contact information
• time slot preference (top two choices)
• brief description of the content of your press conference
• whether or not you wish to have your press conference announced to the media in advance
