Welcome to ISA EXPO…we are glad you are here!  While visiting ISA EXPO, we want to provide you with a Quick Safety Reference.  The following provides general safety and security information, location of various offices within the Reliant Center and helpful local telephone numbers.  Should you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact any ISA staff member…we are pleased to assist you.

Please remember…

• ISA Conference and Exhibitor badges must be worn at all times while attending ISA EXPO
• If you lose your badge, please return to the Registration Area to obtain a replacement

Reliant Center is a state-of-the-art facility providing 24-hour security. A Security Command Center is in operation during all phases of ISA EXPO and serves as the central location for all ISA EXPO related events and security communications. ISA has a Security Staff Liaison who works closely with Reliant Center and ISA staff on all safety and security matters. Reliant Center is equipped with an extensive video surveillance system covering all areas of Reliant Center. In addition, the Emergency Central Paging System allows for direct communication to all exhibit halls, meeting rooms and lobbies. There is a communication plan in place for direct communication to Reliant Stadium, Pavilion, Outdoor Areas and Registration Area should an emergency situation arise.

An ISA Crisis Team will facilitate an effective response to any emergency situation. All ISA personnel are trained to respond appropriately to on-site emergency situations. In the event of an emergency, ISA staff and/or Reliant Center staff will provide all ISA attendees with available information and necessary instructions.
