Freeman is ISA’s exclusive contractor to control access to the Reliant Center for all delivery and freight trucks, administer assignment and usage of loading docks, and supervise the Teamsters Union Labor responsible for the loading and unloading of freight shipments.
Freeman will begin accepting boxed, crated, or skidded materials at the warehouse address beginning 1 September 2009. To avoid additional after deadline charges, materials must arrive by 25 September 2009.
Freeman will accept shipments at the show site address beginning Thursday, 1 October 2009 at 8:00 am.
