Review the Floor Plan and the available booth locations. Select the space(s) you would like to reserve and contact Carol Schafer at ISA. The location you like can be placed on “hold” for you within the ISA EXPO space inventory computer system. E-mail or fax (919-990-9207) the completed Exhibit Space Contract to Carol Schafer at ISA. Payment may be made by credit card (just include the card information on the Exhibit Space Contract or let us know that you will be mailing a company check forthwith. There is a “furnished option” for in-line booths (not islands) which includes carpet, 2 chairs, a draped 6’ table, waste can, company sign and a one time booth cleaning before the exhibition opens. The cost for the furnished package is only $125.00 per 10’ x 10’ space. You can select this option at the time you reserve your exhibit space, or you may add it later.
You may also order booth furnishings and services separately through the Exhibitor Services Manual. For a 10’x 10’ exhibit space, basic furnishings would include carpeting, 2 chairs, a draped 6’ table, waste can, booth cleaning before show opening, and a lead retrieval machine. The average cost for this combination is approximately $800.00. You may also want to add floral arrangements, extra chairs, shelving or other items which would be additional. The official service contractor also provides rental booth structures. These rental units are available in a variety of styles, sizes, and options, and can be customized for your company with graphics and messaging. Costs for rental booths range from less than $2,000 for a 10 ’x10’ unit to more than $20,000 for island spaces.
The above is an estimate for budgetary purposes. Each individual company’s requirements are different, so it is prudent to plan carefully, and to budget more than you think you will need in order to cover any contingencies that may arise on-site at ISA EXPO.

The Exhibitor Services Manual will be available on-line approximately 90 days before ISA EXPO, or late June/early July. We will send each exhibitor an e-mail at that time, containing a login ID and pass code for access to the manual and to the online exhibitor registration system.

A receipt and statement will be mailed to you. If you need a receipt more quickly, contact Melissa Rhyne to request a receipt to be e-mailed or faxed to you.
ISA EXPO has arranged a lower “machinery rate” for large pieces of equipment brought in by exhibitors. Check with us ahead of time to make sure the rate applies to you and to ensure that the rate is applied to your drayage invoice. This does not apply to vehicles or displays on wheels.
Be certain that you have paid the required deposit or your exhibit space may not be secured. When the Exhibitor Services Manual goes on-line, there will be a check-list at the beginning of the manual which gives you deadlines for important items. If you have any questions, please contact us.
