CAP Associate — Set up an Exam Date/Site

The local sponsoring professor works with ISA to establish a CAP Associate exam date by completing and submitting the site agreement form.

The local sponsor should fax this agreement to ISA at (919) 549-8288 as soon as the exam date is selected, and then mail the completed applications and payment six weeks prior to the exam date. Each student will receive a confirmation letter once his/her application is received and requirements verified.

The local sponsor provides an appropriate classroom setting for the exam and ISA provides a proctor.
