CAP Associate Knowledge and Skills

You have 2 hours to answer 75 multiple-choice questions. The test items are weighted the same as the CAP® exam among the technical categories. The distribution of items is shown in the table below. The exam is closed book. No reference material of any kind may be brought in to the exam room. Self-powered or battery operated, non-programmable calculators are allowed.

The knowledge and skills for the CAP Associate is based on the knowledge and skills for the CAP® exam.  The questions on the CAP Associate exam focus on knowledge that is typically taught in a four year academic program.
