The ISA Fall Leaders Meeting (FLM) is held in conjunction with ISA EXPO 2009. ISA members are invited to participate in important decisions on policies and programs at this governance meeting. The FLM is an excellent example of volunteer productivity. Although much work by the various committees and task force groups is done at other times and in other ways, many programs are debated, adopted and evaluated at this meeting.

Housing Information/Form

The Westin Galleria Hotel is the Headquarters Hotel. To make your hotel reservations or to see other hotel options, visit the ISA EXPO 2009 Hotels and Travel Information web page.

NEW THIS FALL: In an effort to cut expenses, we will not be providing ISA EXPO 2009 registration services at the Westin during the Fall Leaders Meeting. We will provide the same on-site registration services for the Fall Leaders Meeting as we do at the Spring Leaders Meeting. However, these badges will not provide access to ISA EXPO. If you plan to attend BOTH the Fall Leaders Meeting and ISA EXPO at the Reliant Center, you MUST register NO LATER than Wednesday, 23 September in order to have your badge mailed to you before you leave for Houston or have your badge available on-site at the Westin. If you do not register by 23 September, and wish to attend ISA EXPO, you will need to register at the Reliant Center on Tuesday, 6 October.

FLM attendees and spouse/guest registration is in conjunction with ISA EXPO 2009. Visit the ISA EXPO 2009 website and complete your registration on line. A printable registration form is also available.

If you would like a letter requesting your attendance at the Fall Leaders Meeting sent directly to your employer, please complete the Attendance Letter Request Form.

Society Events

Plan to participate in the many Society activities being held at the ISA EXPO 2009.(i.e., Honors and Awards Gala, A&T/I&S Department Awards Luncheon, Division Luncheons, etc.) Visit the ISA EXPO 2009 web page for a description of these activities.

NEW THIS YEAR: The H&A Gala Reception (from 6p.m. - 7p.m.) is open only to Honors & Awards Gala ticket holders. Tickets may be purchased via the ISA EXPO 2009 registration form.

Guest/Leisure Lounge

There will be a Guest/Leisure Lounge at the Fall Leaders Meeting in Houston. The lounge will be located at the Headquarters Hotel - Westin Galleria Hotel (Monarch Room, 24th Floor).

The lounge will be available starting Saturday, 3 October through Tuesday morning, 6 October. The Houston Host Committee has been working to ensure your visit to Houston will be an enjoyable one. A list of activities is now available on the ISA EXPO 2009 web site.

ISA EXPO 2009

The Fall Leaders Meeting is being held in conjunction with ISA EXPO 2009 which offers attendees an opportunity to attend world-class sessions, continuing education seminars and the largest exhibition in North America.
