ISA Leadership Development Certificate Program
If you are an ISA member and the answer to each of the above questions is yes, then ISA's Leadership Development Program is for you. It provides a unique opportunity for professional growth to ISA Members. The goal of this program is to provide ISA Members with professional development opportunities designed to build leadership skills. These leadership skills will help Members in their professional career and as an ISA leader. Participants in the certificate program are provided leadership development training and other leadership development opportunities. Points/credits are obtained by participants through a combination of participation in three key categories:
A total of 50 points is required with a minimum percentage of these points obtained in each key category. All points need to be acquired within a 2-year timeframe and upon successful completion the individual will receive a certificate of completion, recognition on ISA's website, in News & Views, as well as other recognition. When a participant feels that they have obtained the necessary points they should complete and submit the online Application form. Each application will be evaluated and a certificate, as well as, other recognition will be provided to those approved. Note that enrollment and completion of this program is not required for a Member to become involved in ISA leadership, however it is encouraged. For more details about the program see the Benefits and Requirements areas.
