Council of Society Delegates
- Controls policies of the Society through its powers to nominate and elect Officers, to amend the Bylaws, and to review the annual reports of Officers
- Representation is one delegate from each active ISA Section.
Executive Board
- The senior governing body of ISA.
- Membership includes President, President-elect Secretary, Past President, Treasurer, Executive Board Parliamentarian (non-voting), Executive Director (non-voting), and six members each from the Board of District Vice Presidents and the Board of Department Vice Presidents.
Executive Committee
- A sub-group of the Executive Board.
- Can act with the authority of the Executive Board in most matters.
- Membership includes President, President-elect Secretary, Past President and current Chair of the Board of District Vice Presidents and Board of Department Vice Presidents, Executive Director (non-voting).
Board of District Vice Presidents
- Provides oversight to the geographical Sections of the Society.
- Membership includes Vice Presidents elected from each of the 14 geographical districts into which the ISA sections are grouped.
- Reports to the Executive Board.
Board of Department Vice Presidents
- Provides oversight to the technical, product and business units of the Society.
- Membership includes Vice Presidents elected to lead ISA's eight departments.
- Reports to the Executive Board.
