All ISA Districts held council meetings to conduct elections and credential delegates. 

Reports from President Staples, Treasurer Keaveney, President-elect Lindeman, and Automation Federation and Automation Standards Compliance Insititute Chair Nelson Ninin were presented at the Annual Members Meeting. The Council of Society Delegates elected a slate of officers for 2012, approved three amendments to the Bylaws, and approved a resolution regarding governance restructure. Action was taken to transition the Life Members Committee from a Society-level Committee to a standing committee of the Image & Membership Department.
