William A. StangeBill Stange received his BS in Aerospace Engineering from the University of Cincinnati in 1977, and his MS in Mechanical Engineering from The Ohio State University in 1981. Bill joined ISA in 1985, and became a Fellow in 2003. Since joining ISA, Bill has served in many leadership positions for the International Instrumentation Symposium (IIS) including Symposium General Chair in 1997 and in 2006. Bill has served as the Dayton Section Delegate to the CSD since 1999, as Director of the Aerospace Industries Division in 2001 and 2002, District 5 Vice President in 2004 and 2005, Automation and Technologies Vice President in 2009 and 2010, and has been the Dayton Section President since July 2010. In 2010 Bill originated and serves as Chair and voting member of the ISA107 Standards Committee “Advanced Measurement Techniques for Gas Turbine Engines”. In addition to his membership on the Governance Structure Task Force, Bill is currently a member of the Admissions Committee, the Finance Committee, and the C&E Global Oversight Board. Bill is also serving as the Society Parliamentarian this year. |
