Society Service Awards

As a volunteer-oriented society, ISA depends on its Members and leaders to dedicate their time and expertise to advance the mission of the Society around the world.

Thousands of volunteers work tirelessly on ISA’s world-class standards, renowned training and certification programs, award-winning publications, and cutting-edge conferences and exhibitions.

Without these volunteers, ISA’s products and services would not succeed, and ISA is proud to recognize the outstanding accomplishments of individuals who have made a significant contribution to the Society.

The following Service Awards are given each year through ISA’s Honors and Awards Program:

  • Distinguished Society Service: The award recognizes Society members who have at least fifteen (15) years of accumulated, devoted service and contribution to organizational units of the Society and its members.

  • Emerging Leader Award: The award recognizes Society Members, who have made significant contributions to organizational units of the Society and its Members and have no more than 10 years of accumulated membership. Years of student membership are not included in the limitation. Contributions must include a minimum of four years of progressive leadership positions and documentation of the breadth and depth of the accomplishments and responsibilities.

  • Golden Achievement: The award recognizes Society members who have at least 25 years of continuous ISA membership and continuing active Society service and epitomize the membership ideals of the society.
