Excellence in Society Service

Description

Recognizes an ISA member for distinguished and dedicated volunteer service the Society.

Criteria

The member has a minimum of 10 years of continuous service in leadership positions at multiple levels within the society, and contributions have produced tangible and documented results.

Nomination Process

Candidates are nominated by the membership on the proper form by the designated deadline. Nominations are reviewed by a subcommittee of the Honors and Awards Committee.  Society Officers are not eligible for nomination during their term of office.

Documentation requirements include:

• Society service report including position(s) held and dates of service
• Up to four letters of recommendation supporting achievements

Administration and Judging

Recommendation of the Honors and Awards Committee is submitted to the Executive Board for approval.
