Description

Recognizes an individual who has made significant contributions to the industry and/or profession to advance automation.

Criteria

The individual’s vision has fostered a paradigm shift that has advanced automation or their leadership has created and/or promoted initiatives that have had a sustained impact on the profession, and the contributions and innovations have enhanced social value

Nomination Process

Candidates are identified, evaluated, and recommended by a subcommittee of the Honors and Awards Committee. The Honors and Awards Committee will review recommendations of the subcommittee and select a candidate to be submitted to the Executive Board for approval. 

Administration and Judging

Recommendation of the Honors and Awards Committee is submitted to the Executive Board for approval.
