What happens to policies after they're approved?

Once the Executive Board approves a Policy Statement, Position Paper or Resolution, it must be formally announced to the membership and made known to the public. A brief summary of Board-adopted policy documents is published in ISA News and Views. The Executive Director’s office maintains a permanent file of all ISA policy documents. A compilation of the full text of all ISA policies is distributed each Fall to the Executive Board, members of the ESTP, members of policy committees and any individual submitting a request. Full texts of all policy documents are also posted to the ISA Web Site.
