Richard Eiden

Richard Eiden, PE, CEM, LEED-AP is currently Manager of Green & Sustainable Design at NYC School Construction Authority, as well as serves as Professor at Fairleigh Dickinson University. He has vast experience in the building-trades sector holding engineering licensures in numerous states. His past experience includes VP - DVL Consulting Engineers, Inc.; President - Garden State Controls, Inc.; and, member of US Green Building Council. His education background involves work at Pace University - Lubin School of Business and Hofstra University. Rich continues to be very passionate about sustainability in schools, both as infrastructure, and as STEM curriculums apply renewable technologies in school design.
