Elden A. Plettner, Jr.

Elden A. Plettner, Jr. holds a wealth of technical training experience in the nuclear industry arena. His work and professional experience includes positions of I&C Design Engineering Supervisor, Licensed Senior Nuclear Reactor Operator and Licensing Examiner. His teaching experience includes adjunct professor at Peru State College in math/physics, and nuclear lab engineering at Iowa State University. He held the position as a certified U.S. Navy instructor teaching electronics and nuclear power topics. He also served as Engineering Training Administrator and certified instructor for a nuclear utility both managing engineering staff and developing training courses for various engineering disciplines. He also received the William O. Florstedt Award for Outstanding Naval Instructor in 1986.
