Donald D. (Deever) Bradley III, P.E.
Mr. Bradley is ERM's subject matter expert for LDAR, with experience in nearly every aspect of it, including auditing, compliance, emissions estimation, forensic analysis, Method 21 monitoring, training, program development, and implementation at more than 100 facilities across the U.S.in the petroleum refining, chemical, pharmaceutical, and pipeline transportation industries. He has assisted clients in responding to enforcement actions related to NEIC, DOJ, and state LDAR investigations of civil violations of federal and state requirements as well as negotiation, auditing, and implementation of LDAR program enhancements under global Consent Decrees and Texas HRVOC rules. As a regular presenter and trainer at LDAR conferences, Mr. Bradley has extensive knowledge of the various applicable state and federal LDAR regulations and expertise with leading commercial LDAR database software programs. |

Mr. Donald D. (Deever) Bradley III, P.E. holds a Bachelors Degree in Chemical Engineering from Cornell University and is a licensed professional engineer in Texas. A Partner in ERM's Houston office and the Air Quality and Climate Change Practice Leader for ERM's Southern Division, he has 19 years of experience as an environmental consultant, focused primarily on air quality permitting and compliance for industrial clients throughout Texas and the Gulf Coast.
