Dear Exhibitor:

The I.S.A. TEXAS CITY SECTION solicits your participation in its 30th Annual INSTRUMENTATION TRADE SHOW.  The Show, located at the Charles T. Doyle Convention Center, 2010 Fifth Avenue North, in Texas City, will be open at no charge to the public from 3:00 - 8:00 PM, Thursday, March 13, 2008.

The format of the show will be a table-top with 8' X 2-1/2' tables.

Tables, or equivalent space, will be available for $275.00 each. 

Early registration will extend until 1/31/08. 

If your registration form and payment are received before the end of early registration ( January 31st ), you will receive 5 free barbeque tickets to give to your customers or associates.  Please be advised that space will not be reserved without payment.

Please read the attached rules carefully to avoid any embarrassment.  Advance registration information and pre-paid meal tickets will follow.

A concession stand will be open during the show from 5:00 - 7:30 PM providing a barbecue plate.  Complimentary liquid refreshments and popcorn will be available. A free lunch is available to all vendors and show workers.

A great deal of effort has been, and will be expended to assure the success of this show.  We know that we can count on your cooperation to provide the proper climate for future trade shows.  Free gifts for the attendees and exhibitors will be given out during registration for the show.  Door prizes will also be given out during the show.  Begin now by completing the attached form for registration, and return it today.
