Course: Changing Work Practices to Enable Smart Technology

This one day seminar will focus on best practices for enabling plants to better adapt current work processes to fully take advantage of “Smart” technology. Topics will include: Review of Smart Technologies, Integration of Smart Assets into Business Management System, Methods for Streamlining Maintenance Work Processes, Asset Prioritization and Criticality Ranking.
