                   A National level hardware project competetion

             10-11 MARCH, 2008

After completion of two successful years of innovation, interaction and lots of inspiration, Innovision is back with a promise to go much ahead than its predecessor. INNOVISION ’08 is all set to create a platform big enough to attract participants from all over India. The new and improved INNOVISION ’08 as we call it, is set to quench the thirst of all the techies geared up for the battle for pinnacle of Innovation, this time with an expected participation of more than 100 engineering colleges.

The two day event scheduled on 10^th and 11^h of March, 2008 will comprise of following events:

• A project competition involving pure hardware & hardware interfaced with software type of projects (Main event).
• A paper poster competition.
• On the spot events like Robo Racing, Circuit building, Paper Truss, LAN gaming, and lots of fun.

Main event:

 The main event which is the project competition provides students to display their innovative projects at a national level under one proof. The students are herein required to demonstrate their project prototype, model etc.

 Paper poster competition:

 It gives students a platform to exhibit their ideas and not necessarily demonstrate it. They will display their ideas on paper.

 On the spot events (OTSE):

 All the various OTSE will be technologically oriented. All the materials required will be provided by the college.

Features:

•          The event will bring together technical students from all over the nation.

•          The event will be neutrally judged by industrial technocrats from leading companies.

•          Certificate of participation will be given to all participants.

•          Total Cash prizes of around Rs.75, 000 to be won.

•          Provision of break-fast, lunch, tea-coffee, snacks etc.

•          Provision of all the material required for the on the spot event.

•          Accommodation & food for the participants coming from outside the Mumbai city.

•          All the students will be given ‘Innovision’ stationary & folders.
