LI Section PRESIDENT's MESSAGE
By: Dave Kotliar

Presidents Message

As the incoming president of our section, I would like to continue our tradition of providing interesting and informative programs for the new year.
We continue to work closely with our fellow engineering and technical societies including the ASME and the IEEE to host joint programs. This has proven to be very successful in increasing our attendance and attracting high quality speakers. When possible, we will award Certified Continuing Education Credits for these programs.
We are always looking for your input. Please let us know how we are doing and what other programs, technical or otherwise, you want us to present. We have included a survey page on our website. Please feel free to provide your input here.

We are at: www.isa.org/~longi.

Our program schedule will also be available there as well.

Our executive board meetings are held every other month at SUNY-Farmingdale, Lupton Hall, room T101, generally on the second Monday of the month. Please let us know if you are interested in pursuing a more direct role with us as a board member.

I am looking forward to a successful and educational year with the Long Island Section.
